HR Investigations: Fair, Independent, Well Documented

HR complaints are complex, personal and high stakes. How you respond can protect your people and your organization, or expose both to risk, and strong documentation is often the difference between liability and security.

Colorado’s POWER Act raised the bar for how employers respond to discrimination and harassment complaints, and doing it right takes time most leaders don’t have. Getting to the root of a grievance often takes an outside investigator with no stake in the outcome.

As a certified HR investigator, I bring that independence and a rigorous documentation practice. I also bring decades of leading schools, so I understand the people and pressures in the room, and I can help you steer through rough water to safe passage.
